Dennis Biearman is an experienced financial institution consultant with more than 40 years of expertise in credit risk management, commercial lending, loan review, and problem asset resolution. He helps banks and credit unions strengthen portfolio quality, address regulatory concerns, and implement practical, results-driven credit solutions.

Our Founder, Dennis Biearman, is a trusted financial institution consultant and former Chief Credit Officer with over 40 years of experience across commercial banking, credit unions, and financial consulting. Dennis works with banks and credit unions to enhance credit risk management, improve commercial and small business lending practices, conduct independent policy and loan reviews, and develop sensible problem asset resolution strategies. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Dennis works closely with boards, management teams, and examiners to implement effective credit risk management solutions, assess loan portfolio risk, support mergers and acquisitions, and address potential supervisory concerns.
